He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Overby and Regina Overby; his parents-in-law, Wilford and Beulah Hutchinson; and his brother-in-law Rodger Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hutchinson Overby; his daughters, Nikki Fint (Daniel) of Sissonville, WV and Sherri Herdman (Dale) of West Portsmouth, OH; his grandchildren, Brennan Overby and Kendal Matthews; his brother Richard Hutchinson (Jan); and his sister-in-law Pam Curry.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lavalette Volunteer Fire Department or Hospice of Huntington.
