He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Osburn and Verna Berry Osburn; and his siblings, Bruce Osburn (Lelia), Pearl Osburn, Irvin Osburn (Bessie), Roscoe Osburn (Nell), Sylvia Booten (Mack), Opal Adkins (Edgar), Scott Osburn (Virginia), Maxine Kuhn (Willard), Dorothy Adkins (Norman) and Betty Louise Burks (Johnny).
He is survived by: his wife Emma Mathis Osburn of Lavalette. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
