He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Graham and Rose Graham; his children, Thomas, Timothy Graham and Tammy Graham; and his grandson Cecil Andrew Ferguson II.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Graham; his daughters, Teresa Ferguson (Cecil) of Kentucky and Tiffany Graham (Shane Hutchinson) of Ohio; and his brother Ronald Graham (Judy) of Lavalette. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
