He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll McGinnis "Mack" and Clyda Lou Hager Earp. He is survived by: his son Parker Earp of Culloden, WV; his siblings, Tammy Powell (Phillip) of Lavalette, WV and Charles Earp (Mollie) of Lavalette, WV; his nieces and nephews, Kimi Butcher (Tim) of Lavalette, WV, Brooklyn, Kelsey, Lexi Butcher, Ryker Butcher, Garren Powell and Eric Phelps (Lydia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hazel Faye and Addilyn; his nephew Jordan Powell; his nieces, Danielle Gribble, Margo Gribble and Lindsey Ruggles (Joey); his great-nephew Maverick Ruggles; and his close friend Jerry Hensley.
