She is survived by: her significant other Thurl Ray Fox; her daughter Lisa Fox Buffington (Bill); her grandsons, Phillip, Anthony Wickline and David Buffington; her great grandchildren, Alex Walker, Emily, Katie, Justin and Brittney Wickline; her great great grandchildren, Anakin and Sophie Walker; and her sisters, Ethel Plumley and Wanda Glover.
In lieu of flowers, Theda requested donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
