David Scarbro Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Scarbro and Belva Shafer Scarbro; and his wife Carolyn McGlothlin Scarbro. He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth Lilly of Charleston and Philip Scarbro; his daughter-in-law Missy of Nebo; his grandchildren, Jacob Lilly of Hilliard, Caleb Lilly of Pinch and Melissa Graham; his great grandchild Misimity "Simmy" Perkins of Squire; and his siblings, Darrell Scarbro of Clendenin and Charlotte Witte of Milton. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
