He is survived by: his wife Shelly Lynn Cook Carper; his daughter Jessica; his son-in-law Gabriel Boggs of Left Hand; his grandchildren, Gracelynn and Mason Boggs; his siblings, Bill Carper of Uniontown, Ohio, Shirley (Denny Eminger), Juanita Webb of Spencer, Kay (Hank Hall), Theresa (Freddie Goodwin) and Connie Carper of Akron, Ohio; and his nephew David Smith of Alderson.
