She is survived by: her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Gabe Boggs of Left Hand; her grandchildren, Gracelynn Boggs and Mason Boggs; her brothers, Larry Cook of Left Hand and Gary Cook of Left Hand; her nephew David Smith; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savanah Smith of Alderson and Nathan Wayne Smith of Alderson.
