She was predeceased by: her parents, Darris Harper and Bonnie Harper; and her sister Vickie Wriston. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Paugh; her children, Shoneta Casto (Matt) and Jason Epperley (Sara); her grandchildren, Austin Stricker, Mark Boucher, Brandon Boucher, Brianna Epperley and Hunter Casto; and her great grandchildren, River Stricker, Aubree Stricker, Allie Stricker, Parker Stricker, Gabe Boucher and CeCe Boucher.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Cindys name to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
