It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Jean Payne of Leon, West Virginia, born in Kentuck, West Virginia, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Henry Payne; her children, Timothy Payne (Vickie), Matthew Payne (Shirley), Mark Payne (Rachel), Stephanie VonDollen (Warren) and Melissa Kimberling (Lee); her siblings, Jennings Miller, Sue Payne and Juanita Sheets; her grandchildren, Travis, Chris, Raeanna, Malachi Payne, Nathan, Brandon, Dillon Moore, Steven, Eli Kimberling and Miranda Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Haley, Owen, Levi, Addie Payne, Gracelynn, Bentley, Waylon, Brooklyn Kimberling, Avery and Landry Moore.
