He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McCoy and Marie Tabit McCoy; his wife Rose McCoy; and his siblings, Elizabeth Fowler (George), William McCoy (Anne), Jeanne Miller (Leonard), James McCoy (Dorothy), Patricia Hill (Sheldon) and Janet Wilson (Roger).
He is survived by: his children, Trina (Robert Brandt), Tammy (Ronald King) and Jason McCoy of LeSage, WV; his grandchildren, Jared King (Alexandria) of Spring Hill, TN and Rachel Hall (Mitchell) of Huntington, WV.; and his siblings, Joyce Eshenaur (Larry) of Point Pleasant, WV and John McCoy of Gallipolis Ferry, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
