He was predeceased by: his father Stanley "Toe" Hollinghead; and his sister Sheila Smith. He is survived by: his mother Rosie Lewis Hollinghead; his children, Alize'Hollinghead, Ericoma Ulrich, Mikhail Alder and Jociah Hollinghead; and his siblings, Brandi Otey, Andrea Hollinghead, Laura Hicks, Debra Pannell, Rosemary Carter, Keith Hollinghead and Skip Hollinghead. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home.
