He is survived by: his father Harry Alfred; his children, Jack Reitmire Jr. (Lurinda Gardner) of Point Pleasant, WV and Rebecca Hieronymus of Letart, WV; the mother of his children Karen Teresa Valenzuela; his sister Erma Joanne Goulart; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Brennen, Michaela, Gavin Hieronymus, Jack III, Breaunna Reitmire, Brayden Shell, Bentley, Drake, Noah Gardner, Maggie, Bryleigh Swisher, Skylar, Eliajah, Naomi Grace, Jaceon, Layla and Jason.
