He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Blaine and Marion Collins Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Turpin Phillips; his daughter Erika Dailey; his son-in-law Nick; his grandchildren, Landon and Leighton; and his sister Marilyn Fraser.
