He is survived by: his wife Vena Kay Powell; his children, Charles, Timothy Powell of Pennsylvania, Kimberly Powell, Kenny Powell (Sara), Rodney Powell (Ginny), Sherry Roper (Gary) of Lewisburg, Tawana Martin of Caldwell, Misty Collins (Josh) of Alderson and Dustin Martin (Tina) of Lewisburg; and his siblings, Janice Hamrick, Gary Powell, Dean Powell and Delores Powell. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
