He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James Eary Sr. and Essie Pearl Eary; and his siblings, John, Frank Jr., James, Samuel, Eugene, George, Annie and Helen Donlon.
He is survived by: his wife Gisela Eary; his children, Richard Eary and Christine Eary; his grandchildren, Eric Eary, Charles Eary (Laura Eary) and Lindsey Eary (Joseph Baker); and his great grandchildren, Dylon Boone, Aiden Boone, Jaxon Baker and Lane Alderman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
