He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin Harless, Herbert Harless (Drema), John Dudley Harless, Bonnie Burks (David Jr.), Anna Mae Bowles and Betty Barman (Bryan); and his nephews, Tommy and Ricky Burks. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
