James Sidney Willis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Sidney Willis (Lewisburg, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gard Willis and Amy Willis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Willis of Rainelle; his children, Dr. Krista Adams (Mark) of Lewisburg and Jeremy Willis (JoAnna) of Rainelle; his grandchildren, Grayson Adams, Sidney Adams, Ryleigh Willis and Everette Willis; his siblings, Steve Willis (Shirley) of Daniels, Donna O'Dell (Brent) of Lewisburg and Joann Kluender (Luke) of Bedford, IN; and his sister-in-law Kathy Fields (Sonny) of Palmyra, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rainelle First Baptist Church or to the Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.
