He is survived by: his wife Regina Ann Perkins; his daughter Jessica Bower (David) of Lewisburg; and his siblings, Rebecca Clark of Crab Orchard, WV, Ramona Peterson of Albemarle, NC and Jerry Perkins of Cleveland, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
