He is survived by: his mother Hilda Meredith Halstead; his son William Halstead (Linda) of Onalaska, WA; his grandchildren, Dakota and Aryanna Halstead; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney McLachlan and Chloe Gibbs; and his siblings, Jerry Halstead (Dreama) of Lewisburg, WV, Judy McFall (Harold Rhodes) of Fairlea, WV, Cathy Osborne (Don) of Crawley, WV and Crystal Yates (Joey) of Fairlea, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
