She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Hodge and Eunice Lewis; her grandmother Ollie Smith; her brother James Franklin Hodge; and her granddaughters, Launa Barkley and Makayla Carter.
She is survived by: her stepfather Mack Lewis; her brothers, Alan "Bud" Lewis and Phillip Lewis (Ann); and her children, Ollie Barkley (Rick) of Marlinton, WV, Vicky Walde (Curt) of Taylor, SC, Matt Carter (Julie) of Fairlea, WV and Kadee Ratliff (Kevin) of Second Creek, WV.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
