He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Pack and Cornelia Mann Pack. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lewis Pack; his children, Gary Pack (Hannah) and Felicia; and his siblings, Juanita (Wallace), Maureen and Eddie Pack. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
