He was predeceased by: his parents, Welch Theodore and Anna Lea Ballard Mann; his wife Elaine Carroll Mann; his grandson Robert Charles Amos; and his siblings, Betty Jo Allen and Benny Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Amos (Howard) of Lindside, WV and Rodney Lee Mann (Debbie) of Aiken, SC; his grandsons, Hunter Booth (Malachi) and Landon Mann (Condreana); his great grandchildren, Colt, Carson Mann and Levi Booth; and his sister Bethel Meadows (Jerry) of Lindside, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
