She is survived by: her children, Dustin James Carter of Lindside, WV and Whitney Danielle Carter of Barboursville, WV; her mother-in-law Linda Carter of Peterstown, WV; and her sibling's children, Heath Hill (Amanda) of Peterstown, WV, Jarrod Hill (Sasha) of Peterstown, WV, Jessa Hill, Waylon Hill and Briar Shafer.
