He is survived by: his children, Donald Andrew Smith, Jr. of Littleton and Nicole Burge of Littleton; his friend Scottie Derby; and his siblings, Janice Church, Robert Smith, James Smith, Mark Smith, Mary Howard, Selenia Smith and Christine Adams.
