He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Merrill and Andrew Jackson Perry. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Scott Perry of Dunlow, WV and Betty Kathleen Lucas Perry (Ben Wiley) of Wayne; his fiancé Brigette Duncan; his sons, Andrew Blake Perry of Logan and Mason Levi Marcum of Logan; his siblings, Hannah Perry (Tyler Perry) of Wayne, WV, Jayden Herald (Brooklyn) of Wayne, Braden Herald of Fort Gay, WV and Conner Wiley of Wayne; his grandmothers, Gladys Lucas and Joan Perry; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Sandy Duncan; his aunts and uncles, Merrill "Bub" Lucas, Marlena Adams and Stephanie McMillen; his siblings, Billy, Buzz, Harmony, Samantha, Thomasina, Trey, Emily and Tyler; his siblings' children, Charley, Jackson, Dottie, Abel, Axel and Brooklyn; and his close friends, K. J. Mills (Tori), Nathaniel Hamilton, Shane Bryant and Jacob Ray.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
