He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinson Willis and Adina Willis (Spears); his siblings, Oda Benny Willis, Orville Willis, James Lee Willis, Esta Cochran, Evyleen Garbosky and Imogene Elkins; and his grandsons, Tracey Dale Evans, Jonathan Willis and Cecil Willis III.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Willis; his children, Cecil Willis Jr. (Barb), Monica Mullins (Jay), Berdina Hager (Bill), Timothy Willis (Tina) and Becky Harvey (Kevin); and his siblings, Rosa Lovejoy (Willis), Myrtle Prince (Willis), Arthur Willis and Vinson Willis Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
