He is survived by : his wife Donna Jean Cohenour; his children, Leevetta Holstein (Rodney) and Dale Cohenour, Jr. (Bonita); his stepchildren, Matthew Huffman (Brency), Nick Huffman (Amanda) and Jesse Huffman (Erica); and his siblings, Frank Cohenour (Linda) of Macclenny, Rose Carter (Leonard) of Alderson, Wanda Holliday of Pence Springs and Mary Bailey (Avery) of Beckley.
