He is survived by: his father Oscar Kirk; his son Riley Elkins; his brothers, Stephen Kirk, Christopher Dingess and Oscar Brandon Kirk; his uncles, Charles Dingess and Jackie Dingess; and his cousins, Phillip Dingess, Candi Lynn Cyrus, Ashlee Kincaid, Mary Moore and Anthony Moore.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nighbert Memorial Methodist Church.
