He was predeceased by: his parent Bille D Hill Mullins; his daughter Allison Mullins; and his grandparents, Drusie Hill and Julian Hill. He is survived by: his wife Alisha Johnson Mullins; his sons, James (Mullins) and Jackson Marshall Mullins; and his sister Glenna Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (200 Main St, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
