He is survived by: his parents, Michael Fortuna and Pamela Fortuna; his grandmother Janice McNeely-Staggs; his sisters, Nickolena Fortuna and Kimberly Saettel; his son Corenzo Fortuna; the mother of his child Kayla Dillon; his aunt Loretta Murray; his niece Thaidra Compton; his nephews, Anthony Fortuna and Dominic White; his cousins, Harriett Cooper, Ronald Fortuna, Donald "Pig" and Pam Bradley; his uncle Antonio "Tony" Fortuna; and his close friends, Hannah Nunley, Cheyenne Tomblin and Hannah Ellis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the funeral home to assist with arrangements.
