He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Fanny; and his brother Jim Justice. He is survived by: his wife Bernieda; his children, Joseph B. Justice (Myra) of Proctorville, OH, Jennifer Baisden of Pecks Mill, WV and Jared Justice (Lori) of Pecks Mill, WV; his grandchildren, Justin Cales (Cynthia), Kayli Baisden, Samuel Justice, Emma Justice and Andrea Justice; his great grandchildren, Navier Carter and Jackson Cales; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn (Dennis Porter), Melody Kirk (Julius), Marsha Williamson (Benny), Elmer Lee Damron and Dana Damron.
