She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Willard Adkins (Tub); her sister-in-law Bernetta Kinser; her sister Sue Kinser; and her father Tommy Kinser. She is survived by: her husband Willis Jessie; her grandchildren, Jarrett Adkins (Sadie), Jazmyn Jessie, Jozlyn Jessie and Aaliyah Jessie; her children, Elaine Adkins (Willard) and Jonathan Jessie (Danielle); her siblings, Dana Obugene (Terri), Charles Kinser (Bernetta), Tommy Kinser (Tammy) and Bill Kinser (Billie); her friend Roger Buck; and her mother Lilly Kinser.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Akers-James Funeral Home (832 Old Logan Rd, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at the Highland Memory Gardens (42 Highland Memory Ln, Chapmanville, WV 25508).
