With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Gordon Scaggs of Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger Gordon Scaggs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Scaggs and Anna Mae Duncan Scaggs; and his siblings, Buster, Denny, Freddie, Robert, Max, Neal, Jerry Scaggs and Joan Means.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Scaggs of Logan; and his son Roger G. Scaggs (Sherry) of Huntington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (200 Main St, Logan, WV 25601). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Logan.
