He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Polly" Pack; his children, Tina Cook (Robert "Bub") and Ronnie Pack II (Dianna); his grandchildren, Christen Ellis (Michael), Bethany Woolsey (Tyler), Allison Porter (Christian), Carlee Pack (Aden) and Mia Gabrielle Cook; his great grandchildren, Lyla, Liam Ellis, Elin, Sophia Woolsey, Lydia and Greyson Porter; his sisters, Rosa Farley (Roger), Gloria Frye, Drema Galang (Leo) and Sandy Frye (Sonny); and his brother-in-law Walter Frye, Jr..
