She was predeceased by: her parents, Earsel Mullins and Annie Mullins; her grandparents, Tom, Eura Adams, Charlie and Stella Mullins; her mother-in-law Bea Allred; her brothers, Danny Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Richard Mullins and Raymond Mullins; and her brother-in-law Terry Bryant.
She is survived by: her husband William Leon Allred of Chapmanville, WV; her children, Chelsea Starcher (Josh) of Dunbar, WV and Jared Allred (Brittany) of Chapmanville, WV; her siblings, Geneva Adams (Winford) of Chapmanville, WV, Adeline Collins (Davy) of Logan, WV, Peggy Adams (Rick) of Chapmanville, WV, Joy Bryant of Chapmanville, WV and Clinton Mullins (Kim) of Chapmanville, WV; her grandchildren, Owen Starcher of Dunbar, WV, Creed Starcher of Dunbar, WV, Ryder Tilley of Oceana, WV and Riley Tilley of Oceana, WV; and her sister-in-law Melissa Lilly (Brian Hamilton). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the White Oak Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
