He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth (Tolbert Workman); his wife Rita Ballard Workman; and his sister Jeanie Gilfilen. He is survived by: his son Todd; and his sister Lavina Brown. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Montgomery Memorial Park (9619 E Dupont Ave, London, WV 25126).
