He was predeceased by : his parents, Sybil Brown and Margaret Louise Brown (Jackson) of London; and his siblings, Lloyd Brown, Kenny Arlan Brown, Ronald "Stooche" Brown, Warren E. Brown, Lawrence "Chickie" Brown and Dorothy "Bunny" Brown-Shannon-Knight.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce Brown (Duncan); his sister Shirley "Chunky" Brown-Curtis; and his children, Norman Wayne Brown of London, WV, Loren Edward Brown of San Diego, CA and Margaret Yvette Brown of Institute, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives, friends.
