It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darla Dean Mullins of Lookout, West Virginia, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kincaid and Jacqueline Ethel Griffith (Robinson); and her nieces, Robin Nottingham and Cindy Lynn Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Timothy R. Mullins; her children, Pamela Robertson (Jimmy) of Lancaster County, PA and Justin Neal (Shanna) of Oak Hill; her stepsons, Jason Mullins (Jessica) of Kimball and Nicholas Mullins of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Ary, Leigh, Dallas Robertson, Robert James Bentley Neal, Karsyn Clay Neal, Harley Marie Neal, Cecilia Wilson, Haelynn Monique Mullins and Jameson Wyatt Mullins; and her siblings, Cindy Kincaid of North Carolina, Hank Kincaid of North Carolina and Ernest Kincaid of Oak Hill.
