He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Hatcher of Lookout; his daughter Amy Comer (Thomas) of Victor, WV; his grandchildren, Haylie Cheyenne Hedrick and James Edward Hedrick Jr.; his great grandchild Kinsley Lynn-Louise Underwood; his grandchild Underwood; his friend David Wilson of Ramsey, WV; and also, Patricia Hatcher (Ginger Carte) and Brandi McCune (Chelsea Robinson).
