He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wayne Martin and Magdalene Fox Martin; his brother Gary W. Martin; his sister-in-law Bonnie Martin; his stepfather C. E. McClung; and his nephews, Dwayne Martin and Stephen Martin.
He is survived by: his sister Veneda Brown (Jerry) of Danese; his stepsister Lois Hedrick of Clifttop; his sibling's children, Richard Brown (Teresa), Michelle (Chris), Lisa, Cynthia and Denise; his great-nephews, Hunter Brown (Rochelle) and Chance Stowers; and his great-niece Reagan Brown.
