It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary G. Crookshanks Smith of Lookout, West Virginia, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Austin Ott Crookshanks; her husband Calvin C. Smith; her son Billy Jo Smith; and her siblings, John Crookshanks, Austin Crookshanks, Annabel Heslep, Olivia Howard, Elizabeth Jones and Ruth Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Allen Smith (Patricia) and Debbie Herbaugh (Kevin); her granddaughters, Katie Robinson and Jessica Herbaugh; and her great grandchildren, Kinzley, Riley, Landon and Harper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lookout Baptist Church in memory of Mary.
