He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton DeBarr, Sr. and Betty Louise Smith Bennett; his brothers, Michael Charles DeBarr and Bob DeBarr; and his father-in-law Charles "Charlie" Yeager.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Yeager DeBarr; his children, Tessie Dawn DeBarr of Clarksburg, Paul "Buck" Nelson DeBarr II (Joanne) of Reynoldsville and Ashley Dawn Keith (Gary) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Adam Michael Paul DeBarr (Emily Way), Aly Davisson, Jamie Austin (CJ), Michael Bruce (Gianna), Julie "Bug" DeBarr (Austin Clevenger), Mason Keith and Gwen Keith; his siblings, James DeBarr Jr., Marty Hunley and Missy Presgrave; Bob and Sharon Elliott. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
