He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dale Lindsey and Mary Katherine Zvonaric. He is survived by: his wife Annamaria Lindsey (Neely) of Lumberport; his children, Patrick Lindsey and Heather Lindsey; his siblings, Linda Haught (Larry) of Stonewood, Patricia Matheny (Dave) of Salem, Kathy Maze (Harold) of Four States and David Wayne Lindsey of Shinnston; and his former wife Kim Hart (Pumphrey). He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
