She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Barnett and Lillie Starkey Barnett; and her children, Leroy McCarty, Jr. of Lumberport and Emily McCarty of Lumberport. She is survived by : her husband Clarence Lowe, Jr.; her children, Mary (John Wright), Patti (Roger Sullivan), Timothy McCarty of Lumberport and Pamela McCarty (Billy Higgenbotham) of Lumberport; and her stepchildren, Tommy Lowe of Shinnston, Danny, Mary Lowe of Wallace, Susan Richard (Paul Flaherty) of Ohio, Sandra, Dustin Hoy of Ohio and Roger Lowe of Ohio. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and her loving companion.

In lieu of flowers, Deloris asked for donations to be made to Wings of Hope, United Health Foundation, 327 Medical Park Drive, Bridgeport, WV, 26330 in her memory.
