Lois Marleen Wright Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Lois Marleen Wright of Lumberport, West Virginia is shared. Lois, born on June 19, 1957, passed away on October 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison and Mertle Marie Miller Moore; her husband Robert E. "Bobby" Wright, Jr.; and her siblings, Arnold Moore, Archie Moore, Mary Loretta, Roy Moore, Tommy Moore and Lynn Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wright, Kristy of Lumberport, Mike Wright (Debbie) of Meadowbrook and Bobbie Jean Underwood (Jerry) of Shinnston; and her siblings, Peggy Hupp, Charlotte Ashby and Teddy Moore (Kathy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perine Funeral Home (1348 S Pike St, Shinnston, WV 26431). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Lumberport Lions Club Cemetery (13380 Main St, Lumberport, WV 26386).
