He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Smith (Erwin); his grandchildren, Allison Rena Hensley, Steven Tyler Hensley, Kalee Dawn Hensley, Joseph Smith, Hannah Smith and Bryson Smith; his great grandchild Sylvia Desira Rena Hensley; and his sisters-in-law, Shelia Adkins, Wanda Nelson, Joyce Maynard and Bonnie Hensley (Willis).
