She is survived by: her children, Carl E. Crook, Jr. of MacArthur, WV and Scherry Summers (David) of Canal Winchester, OH; her siblings, Brookie Lemon of Hinton, Garland Carr of Hinton and Roger Carr (Mary) of Jumping Branch, WV; and her sister-in-law Cindy Carr of Bassett, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
