He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert "Mike" Bolt and Opal Mae Thompson Bolt; his father-in-law Lloyd (Chrisella Smith); and his siblings, Edward Bolt, Opal Sutera and Gloria Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bolt; his children, Lloyd Bolt and Melissa Young (Richie); his grandchildren, Ashley Poole (Tyler) and Briar Bolt; his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Rhett; his sisters-in-law, Linda Hinkle (Jimmy), Kathey Baker (David) and Julie Thompson (Rick); and his aunt Ava McKinney. He is also survived by several nieces, several nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5251 Robert C Byrd Dr, Prosperity, WV 25909).
