She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Johnson and Belva Johnson; her husband Bill Harmon; her children, Billy Harmon Jr., Tommy "Tom Cat" Harmon and Carol Renee Harmon; her grandparents, Elbert and Susie Baisden; her stepmother Lyda Johnson; her granddaughters, Belva Renee Wheatley, Victoria Harmon and Miranda Fleming; and her sister Peggy Crum.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Fleming (Dave), Johnny Harmon (Tonia) and Randy Harmon (Robin); her daughter-in-law Robin Harless; her sisters, Janice George, Ruth Terrell, Margaret Casey, Frances Nolan, Sue Montgomery and Billie Jo; her siblings-in-law, Janet Miller, Hattie Vance, Delta Dowdy (Sherman), Charles Jr. Harmon, Johnny Harmon and Kermit Harmon; and her caregiver Leslie Peters. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
